COMMITTEE FOR SEXUAL HARASSMENT OF WOMEN AT WORKPLACE

Air Force School, Ambala is committed to providing a safe, secure, and dignified working environment for all women employees. In accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, the school has constituted an Internal Committee (IC) to prevent and address any instances of sexual harassment at the workplace.

The institution maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of harassment and is dedicated to upholding the rights, safety, and well-being of its staff.

The Committee aims to:

  • Prevent incidents of sexual harassment at the workplace
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for women employees
  • Address complaints promptly, fairly, and confidentially
  • Promote awareness about rights and responsibilities under the POSH Act.
